Is the coat rack assembly complicated?

Not at all. Assembly takes only a few minutes, without complex tools. Simple instructions are included in each package.

Can I use other incense than the ones provided?

Yes, you can use any type of incense compatible with a trap: cones, short sticks, or scented tablets. We recommend natural incense for a better experience.

How to use incense with the coat rack?

Here is the recommended method of use:

• First, ignite the charcoal for a few moments until it becomes bright red.
• Then place the incense on top and light it as well.
• Once the flame is extinguished, simply let the smoke diffuse for a few minutes on the coat rack to gently perfume your clothes.
  

Will the incense stain or damage clothes?

No, absolutely not. The diffusion is gentle and occurs without direct contact with clothes. The fragrance is released discreetly, without excessive smoke or residue.

What types of incense do you sell?

We offer different incense formats according to your preferences: cones, short sticks, and scented tablets. Each fragrance is selected to offer a natural, pleasant, and balanced olfactory experience.

Where do your incenses come from?

How long does the incense burn?

The duration depends on the chosen format:

• cone: 10 to 15 minutes,

• short stick: 15 to 20 minutes,

• tablet: approximately 10 minutes.

Enough to effectively perfume without prolonged smoke.

To which destinations do you ship products?

Currently, we only deliver to France, Belgium, and Switzerland.

Shipping is guaranteed within 24H, then delivery depends on the destination:
